Every single strap has its own slider, so I actually got it to sit right on my face instead of gaping at the jaw. Wore it with my hair loose and it stayed put all night. Way sturdier than the price suggests.

The extra large O ring makes pulling my hair through so easy, and it doesn't tug at all. Every slider actually holds where you set it, which I've had issues with on cheaper harnesses. Wore it for a few hours and forgot I had it on.
