Wore this to a club night and the XL O rings got so many compliments. The cross over back straps adjust way more than I expected, so it actually stays put instead of sliding around.

The triple stacked straps with the XL O rings give it such a solid look, way better than my old plain one. Adjusting the crossover back straps took a minute to figure out, but once set it stayed put all night.
